How quickly will my project or tasks be completed?
Turnaround time for any task depends on the nature, complexity and urgency of the project or tasks at hand. We always ensure that we stick to the deadline that is discussed and agree upon mutually. You can always discuss the priorities according to which you want your VA to handle your tasks.
How do I communicate with my VA?
We are open to any communication tools that our clients prefer to use. We use email, telephone, Whatsapp, MS-Teams, Skype, messenger and project management tools to communicate with our clients.
How do I get started?

If I commit, am I locked in to any contracts?
We have no commitments or contracts.
How quickly can I get my new virtual assistant?
As soon as you place your requirement, we require 2-4 business days to identify the potential candidates and arrange an interview. Once the interview takes place, the VA can get started immediately.
How do I keep track of hours worked?
We use the time tracking software like timedoctor and worksnaps. We are also to use any other PMS tools or time tracking tools according to our clients’ preferences.
How much do you charge and how do I pay?

Can we issue our virtual assistant an email address?
Yes, if required you can issue an email address to the VA.
Who will be my main point of contact?
We have project managers who usually can be a main point of contacts. But sometimes clients want to directly communicate with VAs and we are flexible to what our clients prefer.
